Sticking to a Plan

So if you look at my last post, you'll see that it's been a while since my last post.  But hey let's get on the horse and get going again.  Work and a new baby have really taken my eye off my fitness goals and it's time to get going again.    So if you are reading this, commit with me to three months of progress!  
I'm going to commit to 


  1. Committing to my family to live a healthy lifestyle and lead them in that path.
  2. Two posts a week for the next three months (I'll try for Tuesday and Friday)  
  3. Losing 15 pounds in the next three months.
Regarding the weight loss and strength I'll be posting my routine and nutrition in the coming posts.

Also, I'm working on some other exciting stuff on OBD that I hope you will be interested in--more on that later.

So baby steps, hitting the gym tomorrow and gonna hit it hard!
