Protein is the building block of getting toned, ripped, shredded, or whatever you like to call it. Proteins are made up from amino acids--which make up your DNA aka these are very important to you being healthy at the minimum. Nutrionists advise that you should have a protein from a clean source with every meal. If you're eating 6 meals a day like me, that might seem intimidating, but let's work through it...- Meal one eggs (some like to have only egg whites, but there's good fats in the yolks that people miss!)
- Meal two scoop of whey protein (you can substitute a glass of milk)
- Meal three chicken breast, tuna, turkey, etc.
- Meal four almonds (or another good nut)
- Meal five same type of deal as meal three
- Meal six glass of milk before bed or casein protein supplement
So in the course of a day you won't just accidentally do this, you do need to plan to succeed, but was anything worth doing ever easy?
